Francesc Ricart cavas are made following the Traditional Method, in some of the most representative areas of the DO Cava: Penedés, Sant Sadurní d´Anoia and Alt Penedés. The collection reflects a careful selection of the best grapes of the Xarel lo, Macabeo, Perellada, Garnacha and Monastrell varieties, and a careful production process.
